HILIHO is one of the legendary J-35's whose dazzling performance, and responsive yet forgiving nature (over a wide range of conditions) has made them very popular with discerning yachtsmen everywhere. The hull is a sweet, easily driven shape, free of rating rule induced exaggerations, she has a big but uncomplicated rig and sensible deck layout. She is thoughtfully outfitted for a group of 4 to 6 who want high quality sailing and comfortable accommodations. HILIHO has been extensively refit, including a recent new Awlgrip and nonskid deck, and refinished mast and boom, and is in excellent condition. She is available in Rockport, Maine, or on a float in Camden Inner Harbor. The owners can store a car for charterers nearby. HILIHO has a Yanmar 3GM diesel, tiller steering and much recent gear.

• Accommodations: Forward there is a chain locker with a generous double v-berth aft. To port there is a head with toilet, sink and shower, to starboard a hanging locker. Next aft is the salon with settees (can be used as bunks) and table, and behind the settees storage for fenders, lines and groceries. The galley is aft with 2 burner propane Seward range with oven, sink with foot pump, and well insulated ice box. There are two quarter berths. The boat is provided with all galley gear, cutlery/dishes/glasses, linens consisting of blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, sheets and towels. LPG barbecue on stern.
  
  
• Sails & Rigging: Main and choice of either 110% or 130% Roller furling jib. Boom tent for cockpit. Main has jiffy/slab reefing.
  
  
• Ground Tackle: Two Danforth anchors with chain/rope rodes.
  
  
• Electronics and Navigation: VHF, GPS chart plotter, Compass, Binoculars, Chart Book and Cruising guides, hand nav equipment.
  
  
• Mechanical & Electric: Yanmar diesel, all electrical lights, charging points for cell phones. Hand held spot light. 12 V system with battery select feature for house/engine start batteries. 40 G water and 18 G diesel fuel.
  
  
• Safety: Two horse shoe buoys, PFD's, Life Sling, 4 fire extinguisher and all CG required equipment. First Aid kit.
  
  
• Tender: Choice of 8' Avon inflatable (with oars) or Dyer rowing dinghy.
